EARLY BOOKING Promotion For bookings by 30/06/2020 you will receive a discount in currency of 15£. The reservation will only be valid if accompanied by the payment of the balance by 30/06/2020. The non-payment of the balance by the indicated date will result in the loss of the promotion and the price will be recalculated according to the payment date
PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION
The registration fee of 45£ is individual and includes the flat costs of practical management and administrative costs incurred by MLA. It should be noted that the registration fee should always be added to the individual dues of the virtual summer school. This fee is a separate item from the 'course participation fee' and refers to the lump sum costs associated with the management of the practice. This fee is not refundable if the student participating in the course cancels the contract because the refund of the price relates to services not yet performed at the time of withdrawal and therefore cannot cover the costs for services already performed.

VIRTUAL SUMMER SCHOOL DURATION
The virtual summer school can be from a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 4 weeks. Choosing non-consecutive weeks may have the consequence of a repetition of the educational content.
TEST ONLINE
After enrolling, the student participating in the virtual summer school will need to take an online test aimed at establishing the level of English useful for inclusion in the class. The levels will be assigned according to the parameters of the CEFR and divided into three groups: Elementary (A1/A2); Intermediate (B1/ B2); Advanced (B2/C1). The test is mandatory.
VIRTUAL CLASS
Virtual classes are interactive online group lessons of the same level of English, Elementary (A1/A2); Intermediate (B1/ B2); Advanced (B2/C1), with up to 15 students. There are two 60-minute virtual classes per day for a total of 5 days per week. Virtual classes can be held in the morning or afternoon. In the case of the student's absence from virtual lessons, the lessons will not be recovered or refunded.
VIRTUAL CLUB
They are meeting spaces for sport and game activities with mother tongue instructors (e.g. cooking, dance, fitness, yoga). The expected duration is 30 minutes per day, and the frequency is optional because it is not within the cumulative hours of the final certification. It should be noted that the aim is to learn the language. In the event of the student's absence from the virtual club, the activity cannot be recovered or refunded.
VIRTUAL TOUR
It consists of a virtual excursion in a museum or a city or place of interest (e.g. Hard Rock Cafe) that allows students to get an idea of what they might visit during a real summer school. Please note that the purpose of the virtual tour remains the teaching purpose for language learning. The virtual tour will be displayed during the daily 120-minute virtual class. In the event of the student's absence from the virtual club, the activity cannot be recovered.
E- ORIENTATION
Every Friday before the start of the virtual summer school, there is a short interactive tutorial on the use of the platform. Failure to participate in this activity could create difficulties for the student in the course for which MLA will not be responsible.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
At the end of each week completed holiday virtual summer school will be issued a Certificate of Attendance.
STUDENT PORTFOLIO
At the end of the virtual summer school, each participant will receive their own portfolio, a document that aims to help parents and students understand the organization, purpose, methodology and goals achieved during our online language courses.

CANCELLATIONS
The subscriber who withdraws from the contract before the start of the virtual summer school for any reason, even unexpected and over, will always be charged the registration fee and the penalty below:
- Up to 30 days before the start of the virtual summer school: the registration fee
- Up to 15 days before the start of the virtual summer school: 50% of the price plus the registration fee
- Up to 8 days before the start of the virtual summer school: 75% of the price plus the registration fee.
- 100% of the price plus the registration fee beyond that term.
How to communicate the cancellation
The notice of the cancellation from the virtual summer school should be sent exclusively by email to the following address [email protected]
MINIMUM NUMBERS MLA reserves the right to merge language-level participants into a single class if at least 10 participants are not reached per level. MLA reserves the right to cancel the virtual summer school in case of failure to reach at least 10 participants.
PARTICIPATION IN THE VIRTUAL SUMMER SCHOOL
MLA will not be responsible if a student cannot participate in the virtual study holiday due to problems with the bad and/or failure of electronic devices and/or connection of ownership and/or available to the student and/or for personal problems. Missed lessons and/or activities lost cannot be recovered or refunded.
PARTICIPANT COMMUNICATIONS All communications will only take place by e-mail. It is therefore essential to complete your online application by specifying the email address most frequently used by the subscriber and/or parents. Under no circumstances will the MLA be responsible if the application is not filled in in full.
COMPLAINTS Any inconveniences/disruptions should be promptly and without delay reported to the offices by email [email protected] . In this way, MLA will be able to carry out the necessary checks and take action to try to fix the reported inconvenience.
BEHAVIOUR Participants will have to keep a correct and polite behaviour during the virtual summer school, not to disturb and/or prevent the regular conduct of online lessons. Those who do not comply with this behaviour, will eventually be suspended from participating in the virtual summer school without any refund. Any cyberbullying behaviour will be reported to and the responsible student will be immediately removed from the virtual class.
